DO NOT select this hotel if you don’t speak Korean. I had a quick 24 hour layover in Jeju Island and decided to book here as it is located around center of town. I arrived at 10 am and was not able to check in until 3pm. This was fine and I asked to keep my luggage there- a cctv voice said to leave them in the lobby, which was so small that it literally was by the front door. I asked then who would watch them, and there was no reply. I decided to hang out and wait for the room. About 90 mins later a guy comes to the front desk and does some organizing there, clearly worked for the hotel. I asked him about leaving my luggage and without even looking at me, just pointed to the cctv camera. Such terrible service! Called Expedia several times to get some help and even when they called, they could not resolve anything as the person answering didn’t speak any English. It was a rough start to my stay. However, Expedia made it all better- I will use Expedia more in the future. But again, DO Not select this hotel unless you are okay with a basic dorm style hotel and can speak Korean.
