"I was double charged for the hotel room, as I paid through Expedia the hotel thought it would be nice of themselves to help themselves with my bank card and charge an extra $150 and put two separate $100 holds on my account in a $50 hold. "

"There were dark hairs in the shower and on the bed spread- which was gross. The 3rd floor stunk like BO. We’ve stayed there before. Seems they need to do a hair check on bedding and showers. "
