"There were positives and negatives. This hotel could be better maintained. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, location is excellent, nice, clean gym, staff was friendly although housekeeping not as responsive as I would have liked. Specifically, I could have easily grabbed a towel from the gym on my way out but asked the front desk for one instead. They said they would send housekeeping up with one. I waited a long time then got one from the person on the floor cleaning the rooms. The negatives were I had to fix the toilet again and again as the chain kept coming off. The tub stopper didn't work, and the icemaker on my floor was out of order. I received a message from the manager on duty saying if I needed anything to let her know. I messaged her and never received a reply. I plan to stay at a different hotel for my next stay in Voorhees."

"The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they did not have support staff on duty. Our bathroom and the bathroom of our friends were clogged. There was no one on duty to help. The front desk offered a plunger and towels to deal with overflow for ourselves. Thankfully, they were able to give us another room. Our friends, however, got a knock on the door at 5am when the handyman showed up to unclog the toilet. "

"During my stay I saw 2 PO’s drop off a parolee . I saw 6 cops arrest guy with alittle weed in the parkin lot. Found a roach on my shower liner and took picture of that 6 legged 2 antennas pest"
