Absolutely fabulous hotel. All of the staff were very attentive. The restaurant staff were exceptional. The room attendants were very thoughtful. The room was excellent. The bed was comfortable. And they were gracious enough to allow us a late checkout. Overall, an enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall nice hotel But a/c is under the standard And clothes cupboard is quite small However the atmosphire is relaxing And the amenties is good

The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,

It's pricey, but it's worth it

I liked the design of the resort, it was classic with modern touches. The place was quite, and staff were very friendly and ready to help. Make sure to try their breakfast early in the morning.

Mostly everyone was amazing, especially in Nafoura. Yash, was our server and from the first day, he was tireless, professional and clearly enjoyed ensuring that the guests were happy. He would try and anticipate what we needed or wanted and even spoke to the Chef about making tofu scramble for me. The Sous Chef, Erwin, was more than happy to point out all of the vegan options in the breakfast buffet to me and created an amazing tofu scramble. It was exceptional. I believe that Shitik and Saja were also instrumental in making our breakfasts there fresh, delicious and memorable. One area that we had a lot of difficulty with was getting rideshare drivers to find the hotel because the entrance is also for the spa and other building, with the hotel to the right of the main gate. We missed seeing the Floating Mosque on our last night there before 2 Uber drivers got lost in the spa area and left. All that needs to be done are 1) ensuring that the guards at the gate clearly instruct people to turn right for the hotel 2) creating better signage on the property.

Lovely experience

Everything was so smooth. From check in, until i checked out. All staffs were very kind and helpful. Food was great when I had my breakfast and dinner at the hotel.. The ambiance was very stunning facing the water fountain. I highly recommend staying here.

Staff are great specially the front desk (Mr. Majed) On the other hand, the breakfast was amazing. The negative side is that the price of mini bar items were too expensive even more expensive than other very reputable hotels. For example, I consumed a small box of pringles chips it cost me 42 rial Saudi!? Which is almost 10 times of the original price. Therefore, i wish the hotel consider my point and at least decrease the mini bar prices 50%.
