Amazing stay

It was very good we enjoyed the beach and the kids trampoline also the resources were very nice a football field along with golf and volleyball and an excellent pool. We also enjoyed our breakfast there was a very nice variety of different foods and the service was honestly amazing especially Sharifa was very kind welcoming and caring during our breakfast she served us a very delicious and tasty omelette and overall very friendly.

Home away from home

A very memorable short holiday with the family. The stay was very enjoyable especially among a very professional and friendly staff. After a full day of water sports, we would chill and the enjoy alive BBQ dinner with the belly dance show. We loved it!! Special thanks to Mr. Sadeq!!

This is a great hotel, clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, nice swimming pool, amazing gym. However - in a beach resort one expects to be able to swim and snorkle extensively and this was not the case. The beach is very flat wich means swimming is optimal way beyond the bouys only; if you go left in the bay there is a (very quiet) harbour and people complain that it is not safe for swimming, if you go right in the bay (where all the fish are) you are called back because you get too close to a palace. There is no proper marking how far one is allowed to swim allong the causeway, which means that all the time you fear getting into trouble. In short - an amazing but expensive hotel if you are with small children and do not want to swim in the sea, an expensive and frustrating experience if you want to go snorkling and see the local fish in their natural habitat.

Comfortable stay but could have better service

I stayed at the hotel for a night and had a good night's rest. The hotel markets itself as a 5* hotel but I would rate it as closer to a 3-4* hotel. The room is big and comfortable but it is starting to show its age. The check in process however could be improved. There was a lot of confusion with the front desk staff which resulted in a delay to my check in. 1. I booked a rate with breakfast however at check in the staff claimed that my room has no breakfast. I had to show them proof of my booking before they checked their system and extended breakfast to me. This was regrettable. The breakfast however was decent 2. I had paid for an extra bed in the room. However this was not set up and only set up after I had arrived. The service could be improved

Arabian adventure

Hubby and I booked this hotel with an adventure in mind. We landed in Dubai and did the drive. And what a drive it was goodness! The hotel more than made up for it. It's literally an oasis in the desert. The staff were an absolute delight: Helpful, polite and pleasant. The food was really good too. We have recommended this hotel to our friends and family. We shall be back!
