"Lovely place to stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. I forgot to bring my charger and converter but was immediately given the suitable paraphernalia. They helped plan routes and bus journies in to neighbouring towns. They also gave us pointers on local bars and restaurants. The room was cosy and very clean. We had wonderful views of the Notre Dame cathedral with gorgeous French windows that could be fully opened. Very conveniantly located - an 8 min walk to the train station, only 15-20min walk to old town area and the tram stop is essentially round the corner - on Jean Médicin avenue. Will definitely recommend to others and look to stay again."

"Very small room, very small bathroom. No space to use the head of the toilet! My legs and my feet can’t feat correctly! And on top of that the old windows shutters they don’t close and make a lot of noise at the night time! I slept only few hour itch night! "

"The main advantage of this accommodation is its centrality in Place Massena. Everywhere is walkable. Communication prior to our arrival was good, the welcome was genuinely warm and we found it ideal for a weeks stay in the city. That said the apartment was quite small and the kitchenette was functional for very basic meals. There was also a microwave but given the abundance of eateries in Nice we didn’t “ cook in”"

"Visited with friends last week, lovely hotel with chatacter. We received a friendly welcome from reception staff. Rooms were bigger than expected, clean, smart and the little balcony made the room light & airy, a pleasant surprise. Kettle & hairdryer in rooms. Lift was small (max 4 persons) but in full working order. Breakfast was ample, continental- selection of fruit, yoghurts, hams, cheeses, cakes/ pastries etc.. a new breakfast room was being built which will give more room. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the train station (10 mins) promenade de anglaise, restaurants, old town & the market. We will be back! "
