"We stayed for one night after a long flight to Anchorage.p The hotel was very good. It’s dated and pretty basic but it had everything we needed. There were 5 of us and we have a “room” with 2 double beds and a pull out sofa but it was actually a one bedroom suite. A room with a double bed, then a double bed and sofa bed in the main room. It had a full kitchen with fridge and stovetop. Everything was clean and plenty of parking but not fancy at all. Nothing walking distance but shops and restaurants in Wasilla were only 5-10 minute drive away.
Great, no frills hotels. Staff was really nice and friendly too."
"The property was better than expected. I run a little hot, so was a little vexed when there was no AC, but opening the windows solved that.
If I had to get ultra nit-pickey, and I mean really critical, (this was the best place I've ever stayed at) there was dead mosquitos and a dead yellow jacket in the window sills. Which I would have been upset if they were alive. So it really wasnt a problem, but as we have a lot of yellow jackets in Oklahoma, it made me jump.
The other thing...and again, not much of an issue as I wasnt watching a lot of TV, but everything was in I think Farsi or Arabic? And I couldnt change it to anything else.
Thats it. Two incredibly minor issues that dont affect the stay really at all. And, had I mentioned anything to the staff, it probably would have been taken care of in minutes. They were on top of everything no matter the time of day.
Safe area for parking. Lots of space. Washer and dryer with (thankfully) a few pods to do some laundry. Everything they provide was more than anywhere I've stayed. Highly recommend."
"We loved everything, my wife watered flowers outside the entrance, hanging flower baskets were stunning, staff and room was perfect, laundry room was a bonus too, being open 24/7."
"I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean"
