"Clean Room. "

"The rooms are a bit shabby and need a deep clean and a coat of paint. The tubs are shallow. The casino has a very weird perfume/chlorinated fountain smell. Had to have the air conditioning filter changed as it was preventing cooling due to being dirty. Asked to remove the minibar and got charged for it. Had to ask for more pillows (there were only two in the room) That said, really appreciated the location on the strip, the fridge and it was quiet for sleeping. The Cheri rooftop restaurant was lovely. Check in was long but front desk agents were very kind. "

"If you plan to check in and receive your room key at check in time good luck! We were forced to wait in the lobby with 150+ other guests for 3 hours before receiving a room key."

"if you don’t want to sleep at night, you better come to luxor, loud music all night long, dirty beds, no fridge or microwave can you believe that?? well it’s true. and be prepared to be checked in yourself with a tablet. with all the money mgm makes they should tear the hotel down and rebuild. such a disappointment coming here. "
