"We stayed a night at the hotel. They have a very secured entry and exit to the hotel parking entrance, which is a little unusual, but made us feel safe. The hotel was clean, well maintained and the breakfast was really good. The room itself was clean, but had no microwave nor exhaust in the bathroom. ..."

"My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain."
