"The weather was not great as we arrived and left, but it was the front desk that made our stay bright on a rainy day. Angel went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we could enjoy all the amazing places we would have just passed by had he not spent 30 minutes with us mapping out two amazing days. Upon check in the manager was just as accommodating. Well done team. You made a difference. "

"Really cool little bar/restaurant downstairs, nice quiet rooms with loads of hot water in the baths and really comfy beds. Amazing views of the mountains from the window and all around the hotel. Staff were great, some were able to speak in English, others in Spanish so we found everything easy. Would definitely stay again"

"The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu. If I have to give some constructive feedback, I would fix the shower because it was leaking when using it, and also a more comfortable pillows, they were extremely hard."

The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and full of character. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to honor the building’s rich history. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The on-site restaurant is excellent, offering both traditional flavors and creative dishes that highlight the region’s culinary heritage. Surrounded by the beauty of the Pyrenees, the location is perfect for nature lovers, history enthusiasts, or anyone looking for a peaceful and inspiring escape. "This hotel is located on the main road heading into Jaca from the north. Free parking is available on the road behind the building. Everything in the room is as it shiuld be apart from the sink in the bathroom which appeared to be missing its end cap so the water was splashing sidewards. Apart from this I would stay here again "

"arrived during Holy Week festivities. Road was blocked off and very busy. Parked in a public car park several minutes walk away. Not a problem as only had overnight bags. Friendly & easy check in. Our room overlooked the street so was able to view one of the processions. Food in hotel restaurant looked excellent and was value for money along with the drinks. Great service.Only comment to be made on the room was a tight space between table & bed."

"Our stay at Sarrato Aparthotel was absolutely wonderful. The cosy studio had everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. Waking up to breathtaking mountain views and enjoying breakfast on the balcony was the perfect start to our days. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible—just a heads-up, they primarily speak Spanish. After a day on the slopes, unwinding in the jacuzzi, taking a refreshing swim, and relaxing in the sauna was pure bliss. The location is ideal, between Formigal and Panticosa, offering easy access to skiing. Every moment here was an absolute delight, and we can’t wait to return."
