"I did not give a good review of the staff because there was no staff available. We were supposed to receive and email with a code, but we actually did not receive it until the day after our stay. Fortunately, we went to the restaurant, and Marina contacted the hotel staff for us, and got us in our room. I know they are not part of the hotel staff, but Marina, and Victor as well at the restaurant were FANTASTIC! If they hadn't been there, we may have spent the night in our car. There needs to be a little better organization at this property in terms of receiving and welcoming guests, especially during "down times' when there are not many guests. Other than that, everything was good."

"It is such a sweet place! Conserved through time, it felt on one hand like I'm in the beginning of 20th century yet it was comfortable for modern days with Wi-Fi, and TV option in the common space. I was in the hostel in Söder building. I've had a sink in my single bedroom, and it was comfortable! The toilet were on the same floor, and it was also comfy. Everything was clean, and there were two small kitchens to use. I could even use the small closet thing as a table! So useful! "
