"-Das Deluxe-Zimmer war klasse. Noch nie hatten wir vorher ein so ruhiges großzügiges Zimmer. - Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche sehr angenehm groß. Dusche ebenerdig - sehr gut. - Das Bett war unfassbar groß und die Matratzen super - wir haben sehr gut geschlafen! - Wasserkocher mit Kaffee ..."

Very dissapointed. Feels like I've been cheated
"Very dissapointed. Paid about €200 for a night, booked one family room, and got two separate rooms. There was no complimentary shower gel, no soap in one of the room, no bottles of water. Taps in sinks, bath and shower had not much pressure. TV in one room didn't work. Breakfast very poor and limited. ..."
