"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. "Highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and we were even upgraded to a higher floor with a great view. The outdoor pool is a standout feature, offering an unbeatable view of the Twin Towers. The staff were fantastic, always on hand to help with directions or coordinate our transport. A perfect choice for a stay in Malaysia!"
