"Very friendly staff and a quiet hotel — perfect if you want to relax! The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It’s a quiet place, which makes it perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing stay. There is also a nice small pool where you can relax and enjoy some peaceful time. Another great feature is that there are two shared kitchens where guests can cook and prepare their own dishes together. If you don’t feel like cooking, you can also order food from the restaurant. Overall, a lovely and relaxing place to stay. I really enjoyed my time here!"

"My stay at the Green Turtle Lodge exceeded my expectations. The host, Willem, was very responsive via WhatsApp, always quick to answer any questions. During check in he offered great suggestions on places to visit, which really helped us make the most of our time on the island. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home. As a family traveling with two teenagers, I especially appreciated having the ability to prepare our own meals and do laundry. These conveniences made our stay much more comfortable and also helped us save money. The accommodation was conveniently located, with Jan Thiel Beach about 10 minutes away and Mambo Beach also within easy reach. There was a small minimart less than five minutes away, which was very convenient for picking up essentials. I would definitely recommend renting a car to get the most out of the island and explore all that the island has to offer. Overall, we had a great stay at Green Turtle Lodge and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. One thing to be aware of is that electricity is included up to 15 kWh per day, with an additional charge for usage above that. It’s something to keep in mind when planning your budget, especially when traveling with a family."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is safe and better than I had expected. I had an amazing time here. I’d recommend making reservations for the restaurants somewhat early if you’d like a good spot to eat. Note that the complementary shuttle bus time is off as they did arrive 45 mins later than expected but that has nothing to do with the resort. Nice amount of shops around the resort. Would stay again!"

"We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Goudhaen Luxury apartments. The owners and gracious hosts, Colin and Melissa, made us feel welcome even before checking in as they were very communicative. We loved the location in Jan Thiel and felt totally safe there. Our apartment had the conveniences of home with a well equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities for exploring the island. If we ever have the opportunity to travel back to Curacao, we would definitely stay at Goudhaen again. "
