"We stayed here for a second time, both times prior to a cruise. The cruise port is literally immediately across the street. Only a couple minute walk. The hotel was nice, but not fancy. The buildings themselves seem a little tired, but nothing really to complain about. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

"This picture of the lobby is accurate, as well as there being more! I was so pleasantly surprised at the refreshing decor. Then, during my stay, the reception staff called me by name on site, acting like human beings rather than corporate robots. The housekeeping staff was so cheerful, and the maintenance and security staff were also responsive and friendly. Yet, the pièce de résistance was the mattress — which I hope to find for my own home!"

"Upon arrival we were sent to the other Sheraton as we were told that is where we were booked. Headed over to the "other" Sheraton just down the road. To be told - we are really sorry but due to work been done we need to go back to the one we wer just at. The lobby was packed and there were not enough receptionist to handle everyone. The wait was about 30 minutes and the ceceptionist I unfortunately got seemed very frustrated and appeared very rude."
