"I was charged to stay somewhere that was deplorable and awful outside and in. I didn’t even have a working number to cancel the reservation. I was connected to someone who said my hotel was located in Chicago. I’m very annoyed and inconvenienced. Worst experience ever."

"First thing I noticed was that it was noisy and that management parked their personal vehicles, one under the canopy and the other in the handicap parking near the stairs. I stayed in one of the presidential suites. The toilet was so short that it appeared that it was meant for a child. I would not recommend this motel. "
