We have sent several messages via whatsapp and have been ignored, we can see that they have been online and are simply ignorinh us. No matter how nice a place is, that won't get you repeat business!! Please answer us about our refund?!?!"

"The worst place so far I came to check in and the the owner said she doesn’t have a reservation for us but took our money. "

"The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"
