"Too many stairs....we stayed on the steptest mountain with the tallest castle in the highest tower. With no warning and no elevator. When we got there you would expect an exceptional view except our room had smoked glass that you couldnt see out of. As a westerner i expected toilet paper...i have been in the philippines for a year now but still need the tissue to dry my butt. Shampoo was empty. They made me preform an inventory of the room. In the morning it took 6 phone calls before someone answered the phone to send up the porter. On the plus the property itself is very well maintained and the meals were good. The staff are super friendly. Unfortunately the pros outweigh the cons on this property which is a real pitty"
