"Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. "The staff made me pay for all days of stay upfront. When I wanted to change my mind and get a refund the management didn't co-operate. This is no way a fair deal, there was unnecessary loss of money. The staff and the service was OK. I should have been refunded the money for the time I didn't want to stay and I actually checked out the second day itself."
