"Viktig: hotellet er ikke hvor kartet peker i Tatranaká Lomnica, men i Žakovce! Om dette er viktig for deg, ikke velg dette hotellet. Når det er sagt er rommene fine og komfortable og eieren hyggelig. Man har kjøleskap og kokemuligheter. Velger man frokost får man plenty med mat. Spa er ikke inkludert i prisen men koster symbolsk pris og har enkel sauna og jacuzzi man får nyte for seg selv. Vi hatt nydelig tid her og kommer gjerne tilbake."

" Mate checked us in and was very nice. The accommodation fine, and we had a lovely breakfast every morning. The young lady that took care of us for breakfast was helpful and nice. This is a great place to stay while visiting the mountains in Slovakia!"

"Everything about the panoraMic Mountain Residence is amazing from the property itself, including the wellness area (sauna and hot tub); to the location next to the mountain; to the hospitality of the hosts from check-in, throughout the stay, and check-out. I highly recommend during the two-hour wellness session to relax and unwind, especially with the view of the stars outside while in the hot tub. "We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel is modern and clean, the stuff is friendly and polite, and the breakfast was tasty. Pool & SPA are ensuring good relaxation, although a +1~2°C in the pool would make it even better. Only one thing that is a little bit exaggerated = parking fee."

"I do like the structure, those enclosed bridges allowing you to enjoy the view is really amazing. Customer service was nice to us, after informing Small suites, no too much space between bed/sofa and wall. if you are there in summer time and you need a bit warmer room please let the front desk know in advance and they will make it happen, I didn’t do it and later when I tried to request it was difficult to get a hold with front desk since phones in rooms doesn’t work and my special communication with front desk it didn’t work at that time , son we slept in cold room . was cold that night. We didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant, when we went there no one greet us or pay attention to us. That was weird , so we went to next hotel up the hill and we had good dinner there . other than that, we will recommend this hotel for a nice family time ."

"The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!"
