"Literie pas propre autant les draps que les taies oreillers (tâches, cheveux...). Il manquait des serviettes de toilette pour chaque convive. Le porte papier toilette est très rouillé
Repas servis mais c'est le seul endroit d'Inde où nous sommes tombés malade apres avoir consommé (ils prennent des repas tout fait dans la rue et nous les apportent, ne pas commander de repas chez eux)
Le tour de la piscine est boueux, ils n'ont pas pris le temps de poser des dalles propres autour donc on...

"Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram que podiamos comer por cortesia no hotel como nao haviam taxis ou carros na propriedade para nos levar a nenhum restaurante. No dia seguinte nos cobraram a refeição (terrivel). "

"I had an amazing stay at Anopura. It was exactly the break I needed after 10 days of wonderful but chaotic and noisy travel in India. Incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The staff, food, spa, pool, and rooms are excellent. Make sure you include at least three nights rest and relaxation at the Anopura on your Rajasthan itinerary. You will be very happy you did! I look forward to returning. 10 out of 10."

"Beautiful property, excellent staff, great food at restaurants and luxurious room. The property is beautiful, with lots of nice interiors, sit outs and green areas. The rooms are very well maintained, clean and good amenities. The restaurants offer delicious food and customisation. The front desk staff is very helpful, providing decent service and support for any requests. Our son fell ill during the trip and staff provided lots of assistance and support as needed.
Special thanks to Mr Chandra from restaurants, Mr Mukul and Ms Akansha from front desk."

Restaurant on 10th floor was amazing. Great views, food quality was amazing..
Rooms were modern and very clean.. something that is not easy to achieve in India

Transparency around non availability of non-veg options.. my daughter was initially disappointed.. but needed up loving all veg options.
Will definitely come again. 5 star services that is affordable.
