The room was great and spacious. The staff took immense care in cleaning the room everyday and left it spotless. The food at Zing was amazing! Highly recommend staying here if you want stay away from the bustle of Jaipur old city :)

This is new and clean property and maintianing standard for Hyatt ( similar to USA). I stayed two times so far and plan to stay in future . Location is close to airport. Service and morning breakfast are great too.

Location of assigned room noisy due to located near road. Despite highlighting the problem the day I arrived room was not changed. Limited selection of buffet items at meal times . Lacks hospitality especially in restaurant. Ordered hot chocolate at breakfast in restaurant, 15 minutes later still not delivered. Although I was promised a better service at restaurant today. Service in restaurant definitely needs improvement. Only friendly staff were the housekeeping staff and doormen. Housekeeping job were outstanding in job they did. Reception team need to be more approachable and hospitable. Definitely was not worth the price staying there.
