"Great location, excellent staff & service @ Ness , inventive cocktails! Amazing to see the sunset from the hotel over Marine drive. We had a very early check out 01.00 , missed there amazing breakfast, would have appreciated a complementary airport shuttle, also since it was our 3rd stay at a Trident hotel this year."

"Terrible experience. The mattress provided by the hotel staff was infested with roaches, which was absolutely unacceptable. The elevator button for the 8th floor was not functioning, forcing us to go to the 9th floor and carry our heavy luggage down the staircase every single time. Despite our struggles, no staff member offered any assistance. Additionally, there were no bathmats in the washroom, and when we asked, the staff suggested using towels as a substitute, which was highly unprofessional. Overall, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, and I would never recommend this place to anyone."
