"The only thing during my stay was one of the elevators was out of service."

"Great hotel to stay. The only thing I didn’t like it was, that the pool closes at 7:30 pm. No microwave or coffee maker in the room. We stayed for 3 days and we have to asked for additional towels, because they are no replace while you are there. The hotel’s restaurant opens after 9 am and if you want to have breakfast (early than that) you have to eat in near by bakery (guaricken) that by the way, it’s a great place to eat breakfast (delicious and great staff. I love it). The hotel staff is excellent. Very polite and caring. I will stay again."

"Estuvo todo muy bien, la atención de Jonathan es excelente. Es algo totalmente diferente a lo que estamos acostumbrados a visitar, la piscina aunque un poco distante pero buena. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el restaurante Ylang Ylang, los precios elevados y la comida sin sabor, sin sal todo es vegano y no todos los huéspedes son veganos."
