"La habitación estaba limpia. El servicio de front desk fue bueno en todo momento . La seguridad del hotel en el área de piscina fue pésima . El Guardia de seguridad estaba todo el tiempo en el celular viendo vídeos y no se percató que salí desde los cuartos que dan a la piscina y me pidió que le enseñara mi banda como si hubiese entrado sin permiso a la piscina. Situación de mal gusto . El Área del jacuzzi decía que no era adecuada para niños y hasta niños pequeños entraron en el jacuzzi y se mentían debajo del agua y el guardia de seguridad no hizo nada al particular ."
