"The hotel and staff were amazing! The food was absolutely excellent. I was fortunate enough to pre-pay for the breakfast buffet from the duration of my day which I must say was probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I did have dinner one night and it was once again amazing I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Kraków Poland and I look forward to coming back and staying and also checking out their other properties throughout the world."

The breakfast was fantastic, great choice .There was a train station within 5 minutes walking distance, so easy to travel from and to the airport. "

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all facilities were amazing. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, and if you ran out of pods there was a free coffee machine downstairs! We got a free little cake delivered to our room on our last night which was a lovely touch. A stay that won’t be forgotten "

"Immaculate hotel. Lovely staff, large selection on breakfast menu with hot food cooked to order. We received a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, free mini fridge with fresh water and soft drinks topped up daily. We Aldi received a bottle of wine on our last night free of charge. Excellent location."

"Room very clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. We only had breakfast one morning but was plentiful and eggs cooked to order. Only a 15 min flat walk from the main train Station and five minutes to old town. Cafe Nero directly opposite. Staff helpful and had a 1400 check out which was useful due to a more flight home. Good place to stay!! "
