This the best hotel in the area. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The food is delicious and the property is very beautiful and tranquil. Overall my room was wonderful and the best part was the shower! I have 2 suggestions that would make the hotel even better. First, there were many Americans staying at the hotel, however the TV only has one English speaking channel. Please offer more English speaking channels. Also, I stayed in a suite. It had no iron or steamer. This needs to be corrected. All rooms should always include an iron or steamer. Otherwise, it was perfection

The hotel is older, the rooms are small but the shower is large, but it could use a vent. The AC was noisy, but it was okay because it downed the sound of someone moving something a floor above or the elevator...not sure what it was but it was non stop. The pool looked nice and clean but be warned that there are plenty of mosquitoes. The buffet is excellent!!!! The staff was accommodating!

El lugar tiene una muy buena ubicación, amplio estacionamiento. Encontramos la habitación muy limpia y el espacio está agradable, se agradecen bastante las amenindades del baño y que tenga secadora de pelo. La gran sorpresa fue el buffet que estaba variado y delicioso. Esos huchepos todo un manjar!, el personal nos atendió bastante bien siempre y nos ayudaron cada que necesitábamos solicitar taxi. No hubo oportunidad de probar la alberca, pero se veía bastante limpia y antojable. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí!
