"Hotel was OK. Dated and showing age. No real theme or style. We got an ADA room for some reason???. It was a dark and dingy room. The AC was the worst, ran in cycles from off to sounding like a lawn mower running right next to us. The free breakfast is just cold grocery store items opened up and put in bigger dishes. Pool was very slippery and way past it's prime."

"This was once our go to stay in Medford but sadly age and neglect has caught up to it. It needs a serious refresh. Our bathroom was falling apart (tiles, flooring, wall paper), the carpet is starting to come up in the hallways, the furniture is beat up and worn out. The beds as always were great. The service was great meaning everyone was kind and wanting to be helpful. The lady working the breakfast was so nice and worked hard to keep the food fresh and full. Sad to see the restaurant and bar were not open during the day. It was always nice to go have a beer and a snack after a hot day at the soccer fields. The tv in our room did not work and the front desk called for someone to check on it, said it was an easy fix. Nobody ever came. I want to keep staying here but they need to make some necessary upgrades to the rooms and facility in general."

"I didn't realize it was a motel, not a hotel. I was expecting something much different. Yet, our room was comfortable, smaller than anticipated, but nice nonetheless. There was no ice machine close to our unit, however, we did scrape the bottom of an outdoor freezer that was once filled with ice. Other than that, it's nice. Would I stay there again, probably not - it's okay. I also think the receptionist clerk made a slip when she indicated the bill was about $30 less than what we paid through Expedia. Hmmmm.... didn't catch that at first until I thought about it later. It might be best to call the motel direct if you want to make a reservation."
