"Location is great. Staff is great. This place has definitely seen better days. We had peeling walls. It looked like mold in the bathroom. Definitely rundown. It is literally across the street from the beach but for the amount of money it was not worth it. Better to walk a few blocks. Breakfast was not great - thought that from other reviews - but basic. Powdered eggs, breads. No fresh fruit or anything special. "

"I only stayed one night passing through on my way back to SC. I was in a partial oceanview which was excellent! It was on the side of the hotel but the ocean is so close that it didnt feel "partial". The breakfast was kind of gross tbh (the usual weird scrambled eggs, dried out waffles and bacon, etc) but the rest of the place was nice and made up for it. Parking is free and very convenient in an attached underground parking garage, Sandbar Restaurant next door was awesome and the beach is so close you could throw a rock at it. Great place!"

"Check out staff member was a bit rude. She rolled her eyes at me at one point. The rooms were just ok. The view was very nice of the river. "

"The rooms need updating. Bed sheets had stains on them, very gross. Hotel company needs to fumigate rooms, saw several roaches in the room."

"The front desk staff was amazing. Turner really helped us out a lot and was able to get us into our room early. She helped me with my Hilton rewards account. We ate lunch at the bar at the hotel. Rambo was our server. He was a one man show running the bar and taking food orders. He treated us like royalty. They were amazing. The hotel is definitely older and the rooms could use some upgrades. New carpeting and paint. But the lobby in common areas were great. Beds were comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have a refrigerator in a microwave in the room. For our leftovers. But overall, we would stay there again."

"Our experience at the Omni was very relaxing and easy to navigate. It is a great place to park the car and stay for a week without getting in the car again or easy to head to the historic downtown area for excellent food and shopping."

"Location was great and I loved the property. It had a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, a musician in the bar at night on the weekends and a cool tiki bar in the back. Lots of parking both near the entrance and across the street. Staff was friendly and the food was good. "
