Gross!

Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in! Computer was down when I arrived for check-in and had to wait. About 20 guys or so were hanging around outside drinking outside their rooms throughout the hotel. A broken down truck blocked half of the hotel parking lot. Stains on all of the room's carpet and comforter. I only stayed because I had drove 12hrs two days in a row, and it was after 10pm.

We chose this hotel for the price and the pool amenity. We arrived late Friday evening. The room stunk of marijuana. The sink had hair in it. But we were traveling with our speculators needs son so a room change would hVe been difficult. I used a makeup wipe to clean the sink and lived with the cheap MJ skunk odor. The next morning we left emerald morning fior some planned activities, with the intention to return for an afternoon swim. The grass in the courtyard area leading to the pool was about six inches high. Not a good sign. But it’s bright green matched the algae color that coated the pool. Turns out the pool hadn’t been functional for three months according to the front office staff. Thankfully we called Expedia and they arranged for a refund for the second night, found a new property and confirmed the functioning pool, gave us a small credit for the inconvenience.

Disgusting

We checked in and the lobby was great! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly! We checked into the room and me weren’t there 5 minutes and found the place to be infested in roaches. It was disgusting. We immediately went back to the reception area and advised clerk and she canceled our reservation immediately and stated she has told the owners about this issue over and over again! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room key card did not work and from the window I could see the room was not ready. Was assigned another room and it smelled terrible and the carpet was disgustingly dirty and stained. The motel is in desperate need of renovation. I have never been to a Wyndham operated motel in such bad condition. We obtained a refund and left. We found a much better room next door at econolodge.

Horrible Property!

The worst hotel experience I've ever had! The parking lot was full of people drinking beers. The hotel was filthy. There was drug activity in the parking lot late at night as well as prostitution. It's ridiculous that Days Inn or Wyndham would associate their name with a property that was so disgusting! If I could get a refund I would!

Did you ever inspected before putting some life at risk. Place is dirty and one where my other family stayed have drugs in the cabinet. When we told staff they said cleaning service come at 9am. Please take them out from list. It is from truck driver not for family. Free breakfast is for name only.

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. But we we got to the room, we were instantly disappointed. There was a major roach infestation! Soon as we opened the room door they scattered. Then the base of the beds were falling apart which made them uneven and wobbly. I noticed that the bathtub walls were not cleaned and there were dirty smudges. Then the housekeeping lady basic,y told us that if we were t in the room when she made her rounds, she would do nothing but bring new towels because the she said that she was accused of stealing someone’s shoes the previous day and she didn’t want anymore accusations. The continental breakfast was just ok. But I the only thing that really bothered me was the little spider things that were lurking around the syrup dispenser. And we were hoping to enjoy a little pool time just to find out that the pool was full of algae and grossness. I would not stay here again under these same conditions. The only reason I stayed at all was because I couldn’t find anything else available at that last minute.

WORST HOTEL STAY EVER!!!

This place should be torn down and rebuilt. There’s roaches every where. The rooms are dirty. The bathrooms are moldy. It’s bad when the receptionist asks you to check the room before she actually assigns it to you. There’s drug dealers sitting around the corridor staircases like they live there. I didn’t feel safe from the minute we pulled up. The pool is out of service and they don’t tell guests. The ice machine doesn’t work. There’s no in room safe. So we had to keep the do not disturb sign up the entire stay. And kept asking for clean towels. The breakfast is disgusting. There’s roaches on the syrup area. My dogs didn’t even feel comfortable at this dump. We checked out ahead of schedule and went somewhere else. Don’t waste your time and money. At this dump. Oh yeah. And Don’t expect to speak to the owner or even a manager. They don’t exist. Just a bunch of friendly pee ons that unfortunately can only listen to you and do nothing for you.
