"The property was well kept and staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room I had 527 was right next to the elevator, which causes a noise issue. A combinations of DINGS from the elevator as it passed the other floors, to the day-to-day chatter of people, waiting for the elevator itself. Also the maintenance room is in the same location. That also added to the noise. The maintenance crew was sawing and hammering."

"It was a great place to stay on Jax beach. The restaurant had good food. Only thing was our cold water in the bathroom sink wasn't working but they sent someone up and fixed it immediately. Staff was pleasant and friendly. "

"The property was better than i thought. The inside was nice. My wife and I were in Jacksonville for a state exam and we were in walking distance to testing place and Riverwalk. The stsff was very helpful, i was able to become a memeber and get an upgraded room. Somethings could have been cleaner and we had a door that didn't lock to our balcony. I was ok with it since it wiuld have taken a super hero to get to us. I would definitely stay in the hotel again!"
