"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and super tired, they upgraded us to a double queen. One of us forgot a toothbrush, and the staff member came by the room with a toothbrush and toothpaste. The room was nice sized and well stocked. There were two mints on the table. We received a full list of tv channels and the wifi password without even asking. The beds were super comfortable as was the bedding. There is coffee 24/7 in the lobby which is very nice. I had to leave just before the free continental breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, There was a nice workout room and also a pool/spa. We arranged for a shuttle to the airport. Driver arrived early and was more than willing to wait for us. We arrived at the airport with no issues. Over all a very nice stay. I wish we had longer to stay and enjoy the amenities."

"It’s easy to feel the lodge vibe at this great location on the river and also to recognize that it could use a bit of TLC around the edges. Disappointed that dining room was closed. Continental breakfast had numerous options- thank you. We never saw a staff member during our stay- Felt like the place had just held an event and everyone had gone home….. For the price paid value was not there. Great potential for lodge to be really nice"
