Sonesta Simply Suites Jacksonville
The common areas were very dirty like they never vacuumed, and our room was dirty. The bed sheets did look clean. The kitchen didn't have enough items to use to cook. Everything on the property is run down except the entryway. The desk staff was not available.

Stay didn’t include breakfast. The room was okay as far as cleanliness, you can tell they did a quick clean instead of a thorough clean. One of knobs on the bathroom sink did not work for the hot water. Room did not include a microwave so we had to ask for one in which was a $20 charge per night. ...
