Me and my husband came to spend the night for the weekend and the hotel room itself was amazing and the staff was great. The only dislike I have is that I feel that the shower could have been cleaned a whole lot better.

The Westin Jackson
The bed was uncomfortable, the pool was freezing, the view out of our window was terrible. Couldn't use the spa no available appointments, even though i booked in advance. Way overpriced. Holiday inn was a lot better
