"The hotel is 20+ minutes walking to the airport and a bus stop is 8 minutes walking distance.
There is NO skiing bus passing the hotel. The closest pick up point is about 30 minutes walking distance or 10m bus at Frankton Golf Club.
I booked twin beds room, which does not have a chair or desk. This is very inconvenient."
"This hotel is about attention to detail and they nail it. The staff is incredible. They take a pride in making your trip special. Coffee, fresh juice and pastries in the morning. Wine and cheese for happy hour. Whiskey and chocolate in the evening. Turndown service. 5 min walk to the heart of town. Stunning views. Great bar/restaurant on site. Really just above an beyond"
"The hotels sits within a busy shopping area of five mile area. Parking was easy. Checking in was easy. They do keep $100 when you check in and it is returned to you at checkout. Overall it was a nice place to stay. New and modern"
"My sister and I shared Spike 1 and 2, which was perfect for being in Queenstown for 4 nights. It's a really nice unit, and it had everything we needed, and it was easy enough to keep the place warm (which is not a given in NZ in July). It was close enough to downtown that we just walked there. We really loved our time there. The only downside is that the WiFi kept dropping, and there was a morning where it just wasn't working, so this might not be the best option for someone who needs a reliable internet connection."
"We always love going to the Heritage. Great views and just far enough out of town to get away from the crowds but not that far to get back into town in 5 minutes. Staff were excellent and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. Beds are comfortable too. However rooms could be cleaned earlier and before the late afternoon. There was one day our room was completely forgotten, despite us telling them we were leaving our room in the morning. I think there may have been a shortage of cleaners this time. They did do their best though. Not complaining.
Restaurant and bar staff are excellent.
We will definitely book there again."
