"The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they went above and beyond to help us in every way and are the main reason why our stay was so positive. Even though our upgraded room had poor lighting (it was an internal room) and could have done with a refresh, the staff were so kind to give us a room upgrade in the first place. They allowed us to extend checkout time at a reduced discount. The hotel is also very honest, as when I lost my bank card and money everything was handed in to reception for me. "

"The best thing about the hotel was the location. The customer service wasn’t that great. We had three rooms and the AC wasn’t working for two of them. They sent someone up he had to clean the vents. Eventually he got them to work. Our rooms were not clean upon arrival. We talked to the supervisor nothing was done he didn’t even care. We paid a lot of our rooms and got really bad services. My recommendation is to look for another hotel especially if your paying dm you deserve something better. "

"Confirmed reservation from Expedia was not received by hotel and they had no reservation even though made weeks ago. Hotel claims it was Expedia issue while Expedia did not do anything effective to help so overall terrible experience."
