"William was amazing at check-in! So personable, really welcoming! After a long travel day, his warmth was truly appreciated! The coffee/tea bar with everything you might need and available at all times is a really nice touch! The room was extremely clean and the ONE products available in the bath smelled divine! This hotel is very conveniently located to lots of shopping in Richmond as well as easy access to the highway. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel! Thanks for a most enjoyable stay! I will be back!

"I have stayed at this property for approximately 10 years. I have watched the roads change, construction expand outward and traffic get busier. I have always felt safe in this hotel, in the parking garage and in the building. Breakfast has always been served with a variety of items and staff friendly. This week, I wish the ice maker on my floor would have worked. "

"I love this hotel. I stayed for 4 days and it was great. The front desk staff was great. The kitchen staff was great. The items they had for breakfast every day was amazing. The only problem I had was the the house keeping staff never cleaned or did anything in my room at all. I even told the front desk and they told them to clean my room and they still didn’t do it. I had to go get fresh towels daily from the front desk staff. The day that I was leaving they came to clean my room and it seemed like they had an attitude about it. That is my only complaint about this property. "
"Our room/floor was very quiet, clean and well appointed. Desk staff are very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is the best of any hotel we’ve stayed at and the set up is superb. We live in the blue ridge mountains and come to Richmond a couple times a year. This is our favorite spot and really feel comfortable at this hotel."
