"My husband and I as well as my brother and his family and several other family members stayed at the Homes 2 suite in Lynchburg, VA last weekend for a family reunion. The hotel was awesome! From the check-in to the complementary breakfast. The rooms were roomy and clean. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again when I'm in the area. Special kudos to "Miss Darlene" who manages the complementary breakfast every morning! She greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. Great staff."

"I like Spark. The only thing I will say is the breakfast was a bit disappointing. I didn't expect anything grand, but the bagels were getting old. The only other choices were yogurt and hard boiled eggs."

"Room was clean, air condition works fine but has a musty smell when temp is above 68. Breakfast was ok, could be better. Laundry room works fine and price per load is fine. Staff was ok, friendly and helpful although they were very informal in the way they address you and how they dressed for work, all but Leslie who is the star of the hotel. She address you with respect, is very kind, goes the extra mile for the guest to feel welcome, verywell dress (use a uniform and wears it properly and complete), keeps the breakfast area very very clean and is always looking for ways to make the guest satisfied and welcome in all ways possible. Sink faucet leaks, you need to play “tetris” with it for it to close and not leak. A/C in my moms room freezed and drained all water iside the room but mantainance guide were very helpful and fixed it fast. He also give it a quick cleaning to the unit too which improved the musty smell."

"Everything was wonderful. Clean, working as expected, comfortable,. Breakfast was lovely. My only complaint was that the printer was down during our stay and I was unable to get a receipt for the dog deposit. Now I’m out $75 as I can’t get a reimbursement without a receipt. Otherwise, all was great."
