"The room is very clean and the staff are friendly and speak English and Japanese well. There is an airport shuttle to and from the airport. I want to note to arrive to the shuttle stop at least 10 minutes early. There is a convenience store called FamilyMart directly connected to the hotel which is nice for late night snacks. Besides that, the area is quite removed from the city of Osaka. There is an outlet mall nearby."
