"When I booked the hotel the property displayed as it were in Izmuir. However it was about 50 minutes outside of Izmuir.
The hotel is lovely and the property owners are very nice people. The breakfast that was served was one of the best we had in the 3 week we were in Turkey.
The room we stayed in had a beautifully renovated bathroom, however there was a little bit of an odor you sometimes find in older properties in Europe."

"It was generally good. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are in great condition. Also, the wines are good. But expect to spend more when you're there (e.g., no complementary water in rooms). Also the service is not always consistent."

"Stayed here as part of a Turkish road trip and really enjoyed our stay - the room with separate single bed area worked really well for a family and breakfast was excellent.
It was a little further from town than we expected but we had transport so not q problem. "

"This is a newly opened, family-run hotel that delivers both quality and authenticity.
The fundamentals are strong—rooms are spotless, beds are very comfortable, and the furniture and overall design feel thoughtfully selected rather than generic. Everything feels fresh and well maintained.
What really sets this place apart is the family-driven service. The mother prepares an excellent breakfast each morning—easily a highlight of the stay. The son manages reception and is actively involved...

"İlk iki güne kadar gayet iyiydi ancak havuzun içinde siyah plastik soyulmalar vardı yenilenmeli. Araba park çok sıkıntılı, kapı girişine park edip anahtarı vermeden giden sorumsuz sürücüye sinirlenip korna çaldığımızda bize kızıldığını gördük. Yanlış yapanın arkasında olan otel bizim gözümüzde tamamen düşmüştür."
"This is a very beautiful hotel. Very high class definitely a 5*
Clean and well maintained.
Staff are not very good at communicating with each other.
I enquired about a breakfast, didn’t end up having it then they tried to charge me for it.
Saying I signed for it, I didn’t took them 48 hrs to look into this and they said they would call me to let me know
They didn’t I had to keep going back to reception to ask.
Then there’s the €100 a night deposit they ask for either in cash ( their own currency) or credit card I guess to make sure you’re not using the mini bar and breaking anything.
To get this back you have to have a member of staff check the room before they allow you to check out !
The biggest problem I had was the fact I booked the Izmir Swiss otel for the outside grounds. Izmir doesn’t have any other otel with an outside pool with garden
No where on their site does it state or through any other booking partner that the hotel grounds, reception and pool where under construction.
I booked this hotel for the pool and when I asked all they could say was yes it’s not ready yet to use. Well I know that because I could hear workman digging up the grounds from my balcony window !
The vibe here is also off, maybe it’s ok if your face fits and you pull up in a flash car but myself and my daughter didn’t really feel welcome.
Only really genuine nice person here was the room cleaner lovely lady called Özul
Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Definitely wouldn’t stay again"
"Rooms were clean and the amenities were good.
Staffs were kind and tried to help even though the language were not perfect to both of staffs and guests.
Breakfast was fair and the taste good.
The location of the hotel was in the bazar(traditional market place) and didn't have a owned parking space for self driving guests. So it was confused to park my vehicle for me.
It's location was very close to the Agora of Smyrna(the old historical ruin) in 7 minutes by walking.
If a guest want to visit the Agora of Smyrna without own driving, this hotel should be great location.
I appreciate the staffs for their help, they were really nice.
Just for the group tour, think one more before booking this hotel.
Without the parking issue, I have no complain, however, it was not a small for self driving and/or group guests."

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay in Izmir!
My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Izmir was truly outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained with spacious, comfortable rooms — many with lovely views and balconies that made relaxing after a long day a real pleasure.
The location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and transport, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
What truly set this experience apart was the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and exceptionally helpful — especially at reception and breakfast. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist made the stay memorable.
The breakfast had a great variety of Turkish and international options, and the overall service reflected high-quality hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Izmir — a top choice for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service!
