"I would like to say location is great staff is amazing always welcoming with a smile specially would love to say a massive thank you to Dimitris in breakfast area who always greeted us looked after us. One down side some of the guest who was there was unfortunately very bad litter was thrown all over the place running around corridors late at night which really makes it disappointing. Overall hotels great."

"Fantastic stay. Great food, great drinks, amazing buffet, rooms really clean. Great gym, pools and great beach. The only things I’d improve would be around reservations for a large group - we were in a group of 11 and we were initially separated across multiple buildings within the complex, and we were asked to provide menu choices a week in advance for the three à la carte restaurants which were changed multiple times by the hotel and we found we spent days back and forth with the hotel on food choices."

"Probably the best hotel we have stayed in for a family pool/ beach holiday. We booked a family room and were upgraded to 2 x connecting rooms - this was ideal for our situation and we were pleased with this. All inclusive set-up was first class and easily accessible and always available. Very clean, well run hotel and definitely worth what we paid. Reception staff/ cleaners/ room services were very professional, helpful and friendly at all times. Bar staff/ waiters generally were very good. One exception with a member of the bar staff, which was a shame. Overall though would highly recommend the hotel."

"On arrival the communication with the host was spot on, very clear instructions how to access the room. Welcome pack was a lovely touch items in the fridge and snacks 😀 Apartment was clean and fresh, amenities all good for an apartment plus wahing up liquid, washer tablets, etc We enjoyed our stay and would come back."

"Maybe wouldn't rate as a 5 star as you had to carry your own towels to the pool area from your room and back everytime. Plus had to go to the pool early to grab a bed and umbrella. Food was ok not great"

"spent a week,check in and out was quick and with great hospitality. great staff that was always willing to help. The staff in my opinion made the stay so much better, always smiling, willing to strike up a conversation and polite. The room was clean and nice with a comfortable bed to sleep in and ac. the only down sides for us was that the pool closed to early and that the water pressure in the bathroom was not the best. but all in all a really nice stay, would come again."

"The room was lovely and clean and the view of the sea fantastic. It is a shame that the buildings infront are rather run down but if you don’t sit right to the front of the balcony they are obscured. The location is excellent for walking into the old town the only downside is the proximity to bar street which can be rather rowdy but if you turn right when you come out the front of the hotel you never have to go along it."
