"Habitaciones muy limpias. El hotel tiene un spa tradicional muy bueno y las vistas al mar desde el hotel son espectaculares.
Es un lugar muy tranquilo donde relajarse y lo mejor de todo es la amabilidad de su personal."

"Large room compared to other hotels in other cities. Very clean, beautiful ocean view with free drinks (only on certain hours). We only stayed for one night after touring around Miyajima, but was very impressed, and wished we stayed longer. There is a Shuttle Bus that takes you to and from the Miyajimaguchi Station to the Hotel! That is very convenient! "

"Front desk staff were GREAT!! The breakfast was definitely worth it. Walking distance to delicious restaurants and close to 7-11 for snacks. If I ever travel back to Iwakuni, I am definitely staying here again!!"

"Great Onsen and bedrock sauna on 9th floor and outside tub and room very good. Breakfast and dinner included buffet style not very good but it is optional, not many options nearby. Located in a residential area, high on a hill overlooking the bay so good views but not convenient."

"A gem of a place. Stayed here at the end of April and the location and place were an experience. The dinner and breakfast were also excellent and we greatly appreciated the shuttle back to the ferry the next day. Highly recommend. "

"Excellent hotel. Very close to Peace Museum. Double bed room was spacious for Japanese standards. Restaurant on bottom floor and bar and outdoor lanai on top floor."
"Simple but spacious room, having separate areas for the toilet and bath is a bonus. Location and convenience is the number one selling point, literally right next to the street car and JR station with plenty of shopping and eating options."
"The location is so convenient - it was great having to easily access the hotel from the train station. There were no difficulties finding it at al. There are lots of restaurants and plenty of shops. I really loved the location."
"Check in was straightforward and made easy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideal situated right in the heart of downtown with the okonomiyaki village just a street away. There is a streetcar stop just a short walk away, which makes this hotel perfect for exploring this lively city."
