スタッフの方の対応は良かったのですが、一点だけ気になったところがありました。 夕食を摂るために外出するときに部屋の鍵をフロントに預けていきました。 帰りが午後10時過ぎになってしまい、フロントで鍵を受け取ろうとしたら、スタッフの方はいらっしゃらず、鍵がフロントに置いてありました。 部屋で宿泊ガイドを見ると、フロントは午後10時まで対応と書いてありましたが、できれば出かけるときに一言伝えていただければその時間までに帰って来るか、鍵を持って外出できたと思います。 フロントに鍵を置いておくのは、親切だとは思いますが、誰でもその鍵を使って、部屋に入れることになるので、防犯上やめたほうが良いと思いました。

一泊しました。周辺には温泉施設・足湯・飲食店・コンビニなどがあり不便はありませんでした。 施設は所々直し途中の箇所がありましたが、温泉施設については申し分ありませんでした。朝食は地元でとれる魚などの現地名産品があるとよいなぁ。

お風呂は天然温泉であり、良かった。 アメニティーがリンスインシャンプーしかなく、髪がごわごわに、、、 せっかく温泉が良かったので、少し残念でした。 接客、お部屋の清潔感、料理などは満足しております。

温泉を楽しめました。水の色は透明だと思いますが硫黄と思われる香りがして本当の温泉でした。スタッフの方々の感じもよく部屋は清潔な和室でくつろげました。

こじんまりした施設でのんびり過ごせました お風呂も男女交代性なので、それぞれ楽しめました 今回は、食事をつけなかったので、次回は食事付きにしたいです 凄く美味しそうでした

温泉は熱めで子供は浸かるのに苦戦してましたが、いいお湯でした。ロビーで麦茶のサービスもよかった。食べなかったけど有料でシルクアイス(ソフトクリーム)が５種類ほどありました。自販機では、おつまみやビールや地酒ミニボトルもありました。最寄りのLAWSONまで徒歩５分くらいですが、地酒ワンカップやミニボトルなどはなく、あまり地元感はなかったです。不満だったのは、部屋のトイレの排水が一度流すとたまるまでに時間がかかりすぎることと、ロビーのトイレ(男性)は手洗いシンクの水が出なかったこと。故障は仕方がないが除菌ウェットタオルなど代わりのものを用意してあるとよかったと思う。

スタッフ皆さん笑顔でのご対応が素晴らしかった。感染症対策もしっかりされていて、食事も美味しかった、温泉も湯本らしいすこし熱めのいい湯でした。 おもてなしの心を大切にしている、良い宿でした。
