O check in foi bem ruim. Chegamos no horário (15 h) é s´omente fomos para o quarto ás 16 h. A desculpa foi que uma bancada havia sido quebrada e eles não tinham visto antes (o que por si só é um grande problema, mostrando que não tinham o pessoal para preparar o quarto após a saída do hóspede anterior. Ficamos esperando enquanto outros que chegaram bem após nós estavam indo para seus quartos. Um outro problema foi o fato de não terem água potável para os hóspedes, a anão ser que você comprasse (estamos falando de um calor de 36 gráus Celcius e não há água disponível para os hóspedes? Lamentável).

O local é muito agradável, porém, tive um desprazer de não conseguir acessar a TV Box. Fui até a recepção pedir a substituição do aparelho, pois informei que tenho um exatamente igual e que entendo e trabalho com informática e sabia que o mesmo estava com defeito. Senti uma falta de interesse por parte do recepcionista (de barba e óculos) em resolver meu problema. O mesmo ficou justificando que era a internet (?) ou qualquer coisa do tipo. Isso quebrou a sensação de bem-estar e me desapontou- um pouco.
