"Terrible experience for our family of two parents and two adult daughters!
We had it reserved for 2 nights but could only stay one night because of the awful conditions.
We arrived after 8:00pm, and apparently, that is the time when the staff for the Flats leave.

"Pontos positivos: Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto com espaço satisfatório e cama muuuito gostosa. A limpeza é impecável tanto do quarto como dos demais ambientes.
Negativos: o café é bem fraco, o suco é suuuuuuper aguado, nem da vontade de beber, muita coisa com aparência de velha. "Das piores que já tive o desprazer de me hospedar. Ar condicionado pingando a noite toda, ducha toda entupida( água pra todos os lados, menos na cabeça, eu que providenciei uma agulha e limpei). Quarto e banheiro sem janelas, um verdadeiro calabouço. A porta tinha uma frecha embaixo que passava metade do pé, claridade e barulho passavam por ela, fora a possibilidade de qualquer outra coisa(insetos etc). Esqueçam as fotos que postam do banheiro, nada parecido com a realidade"
