Apesar do quarto bem pequeno, o hotel é confortável. A equipe do hotel faz a diferença. A equipe da Portaria é extremamente simpática e acolhedora. A equipe do café da manhã e da limpeza também é nem simoatica. Bom cafe da manhã!

Péssimo

Dessa vez o chuveiro estava com boa pressão, ao contrário das vezes passadas. Em contrapartida, a sujeira e a falta de manutenção continuam iguais. Paredes sujas, manchadas (no banheiro, próximo ao papel higiênico havia uma mancha parecida ser de fezes), cortinas queimadas e sujas.... Coloquei umas fotos abaixo.

Ibis, pior time (e hotel) do mundo?

Quarto sujo. Por debaixo da cama percebia-se que sequer tinha sido varrido. Fios de cabelo no banheiro. Assim que entrei no quarto tive que descer para pedir toalha de banho. Não me deram toalha de rosto.

Uma ótima experiência. Sempre fico no Ibis quando estou em Itaperuna. Pra melhorar, poderia ter uma pequena geladeira (frigobar) nos quartos. Os colaboradores estão de parabéns pelo excelente trabalho.
