"It started off kind of awkward since we had to wait three hours for our water to be working in our room because of a leak in our bathroom. But the hotel staff were nice, and they explained that it would be done as soon as possible. However, on our second to last day, we were told that they needed to fix the leak again and we had to go to another room which was much smaller and not even close to the nice view we had in our original room. We mentioned that the water leak really didn't bother us....

"O quarto é razoável, porém a limpeza debaixo da cama deixa a desejar, estava cheia de poeira. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, estava mal organizado, faltava colher para mexer o café, talher para comer...as porções eram pequenas para servir todo mundo na mesa e tinhamos que esperar a reposição ao sentar na mesa. Apesar disso o atendimento foi bom, são bem atenciosos."

"No 3º dia de hospedagem o ar condicionado e o chuveiro parou de funcionar devido ao 1 curto na parte elétrica. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto ou solucionar o problema nada foi feito.O atendimento da proprietária deixou a desejar. Faltou cordialidade e uma postura mais profissional no trato com os hóspedes, o que acabou impactando negativamente a experiência na pousada. A pousada deixa a desejar, pois o que é prometido não corresponde ao que realmente é entregue "
