"The location isn’t too far from Shin-Osaka station but there are quite a few APA-Hotels nearby so make sure you go to the one you have booked. The staff are friendly and helpful. But the room was teeny tiny as was the bathroom. Which apparently is normal for Japan. There was very little space for luggage and the first night we had music playing continuously which was extremely frustrating to hear especially when trying to go to sleep, discovered the phone on the desk dislodged and the music was coming from that. But you need the desk to store luggage.
Then when you need the bathroom there’s quite a big step up into the bathroom. But I do like the amenities they provide.
There is a lovely roof top bar with great views of the city and murals painted on the walls which are lovely also."
