Staff is friendly and professional. Particularly enjoyed the beach club- who appeared for breakfast on a rainy day. Included breakfast was top. Definitely get a sea view balcony room. That makes all the difference."

"having been told aat the last minute our flight was cancelled this hotel was the first avaiable to put us up for an unexpected stay. this hotel was the closet available to Pisa airport and was 17 kilometers away. we were greeted and assissed to our room by a charming lady at reception and food and drink was provided in spite of the late hour. we hada problem with the air conditioning but this was resolved."
