"Our one night stay at the hotel was easily our favorite night of our two week trip. The room was absolutely stunning, everything was clean and every little detail of the room lay out, the dinner menu at the hotel restaurant, and the staff met every expectation and beyond. "I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"

"The hotel is in a super location on the lake, with stunning views. The hotel rooms are quite basic and dated. Carpets in hallways dirty and threadbare. Restaurant food was good, but service over our 5 day stay was incredibly disappointing and impersonal. We were constantly chasing staff for service, which was very annoying. The breakfast set-up is poor, disorganised and no one really in charge to keep things running smoothly. The pool and spa area are lovely and definitely a highlight."
